Promotion of New Zealand Technology During my time consulting in other countries and wanting my clients to achieve optimum results, I see the opportunity to introduce New Zealand technology. Seeing New Zealand innovation working to the betterment of farmers gives one great pleasure, not just because the information or machinery is from NZ but also seeing the improved results for the local farmers. To date I have successfully introduced four NZ companies, one Australian and one USA company to clients. Two of these were already operating in the countries concerned I just introduced my clients to those companies. Networking is a wonderful thing and part of consulting is ensuring that your clients are achieving the best possible results in their agricultural enterprise. My introduction of new technology only takes place when I personally see that it will benefit my clients. Once I have introduced new technology it is critical that I follow through to ensure that it is being used correctly. It is often the case that there is more to new technology than just the introduction.  Training, correct usage and evaluation of results is even more critical.
